- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 1 hour of approval.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
- We reserve the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if unusual betting patterns or suspected fraud are detected.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
atv99 offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 120% bonus of up to ৳20,000 is awarded on the first deposit.
Or deposit ৳34,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳54,000.
Wagering Requirement
To withdraw the bonus amount, you must complete bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.
General Bonus Rules

- Bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage, coordinated betting) is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
- If wagering is not completed before claiming a bonus withdrawal, the bonus will be considered void.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
Once placed on atv99, all bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet.
- In the event of a bet affected by a technical issue or internet disconnection, atv99's server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
- In sports betting, no changes to rules after a result has been announced will be accepted.
- Each game has its own rules — you are advised to read them before starting a game.
- atv99 reserves the right to void any result declared erroneously by a game provider.
Live Casino & Slots
Live casino games and slot games are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.). The rules governing these games are subject to the respective provider's guidelines. In any game-related dispute, the provider's server logs will be considered final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on atv99. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited:
- Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
- Using any bot software, automation tools, or hacking technology.
- Intentionally exploiting any software bug or technical vulnerability in the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Operating an account in the name or identity of a third party.
- Attempting any unauthorized access to the platform's servers or systems.
